The Bangalow Barn
A boutique short-stay retreat in the Byron Bay hinterland needed more than a website - they needed someone to run their whole digital presence. Jay designed and built an editorial, hand-crafted site, then stayed on as its ongoing digital partner: bookings, hosting, brand voice and guest copywriting, and curated photography. Polished, and quietly booking out.
Proof we build at any scale: a full Linux-based operating system designed and built from the ground up - custom desktop, hardware management, an encrypted device-bound licensing engine, over-the-air updates and 7 languages. It runs on real hardware serving paying customers across Southeast Asia.
A small studio in the Byron Bay hinterland offering private, unhurried AI tutoring and clear-headed consultations for locals across the Northern Rivers - one-to-one lessons, small-group workshops, an eight-week course and made-to-order creative work. Jay designed, built and runs every part of the business and its site, including live interactive project demos and an integrated booking system.
Eleven original slot game worlds, each with its own atmosphere, characters and approach to play - from a midnight heist train to a diner at the edge of the universe. Jay conceived every world, directed all cinematic artwork and designed and built the showcase site from scratch. A creative portfolio that doubles as proof we can handle concept, art direction and web in one seat.
A polished Windows, macOS and Linux desktop app that scans, identifies, organises and transfers a large media library - nearly a thousand items and terabytes of data - with automatic cover art, SHA-256 checksums, a built-in REST API and one-click transfers. Fast, native, and self-updating.
A cross-platform desktop app that browses, searches and price-tracks thousands of products across every store, with cover art, descriptions, price alerts and a deal finder. Offline-first, auto-updating, and fast - one of several apps shipped to users worldwide.
A collection-management suite that scans a library, identifies every item, cleans filenames and fills box art, metadata and descriptions automatically - turning hours of manual data entry into a one-click job, with a live collection-health dashboard.
